SEP : Finale
So tired.
Was in North Wing from 8.30 to 5pm for Scholarship Enrichment Programme's finale. There are actually 2 types of scholarship activity for scholars. 1 is SEP, which is the one I'm doing, and the other one is SWA which requires students to work. So yeaahhhhh.
I think all the Jan pre-u students are in SEP.
It's really boring and troublesome sometimes because there're like 5 modules ok including today's. You have to attend at least 3 and sometimes the session clashes with our classes. It's just some talk by some experienced grown-ups hahahahaha for at least 2 hours.
So today's finale was kinda special. Each group had to perform on the stage -.- with a sketch or play or musical. SO MAFAN RIGHT ARGHRGHJRGH. 10 people in a group and don't forget seniors are in SEP as well. So of course everyone didn't care about this.
We only prepared the script like on Thursday lol with a really really dumb plot HAHAHA. I bet everyone did it last minute as well. We rehearsed like this morning and it was terrible when it came to our actual sketch on stage lol.
So it's basically about Logen who was a poor guy who went to KL to look for a job. He saw a vacancy at a mamak and got the job. With just RM5 in his wallet, he got robbed by 4 people HAHAHAHAHA so we played this really dramatic sad song after they took his wallet.
Then blahblah 5 years of hardwork later, he managed to open his own mamak stall which only serves roti durian and 3 drinks - kopi, teh and susu. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA we laughed like shit ok while preparing the script. Syok sendiri kao kao.
Then one day, Ms Super Rich (me) went to his shop to seek for shelter because it's raining and shit and my car broke down blah phone not working.
We kinda messed up my part. BECAUSE HE FORGOT THE SCRIPT LOLOL. IT WAS SO AWKWARD FOR ME BECAUSE MY PHONE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING AND THERE SHOULD BE NO LINE AND I SHOULD BE FURIOUS AND STUFF.
But he kept giving me his phone and said yes there's line.
Then fine blahblah I tasted his roti durian and slowly took off my sunglasses. Insert epic soundtrack. I gave him RM20 000 cheque because I can and I'm rich. Insert epic tearing off cheque effect.
Then blahblah soon he's the CEO of Roganti (Roti + Logen) HAHAHAHAHAHAHA and he's all rich and stuff. We just pushed everything to him HAHAHAHA one man show.
So the last scene was in his mamak restaurant and my friend who was acting as the robber, also acted as the chef, and he was just tossing invisible roti canai up the air the whole time HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA.
IT WAS TERRIBLE.
But we somehow managed to get 2nd place lol out of 5 groups. Luckily not first though, because they'll have to perform during May Orientation HAHAHAHA.
My image has just decreased significantly after the sketch. *sigh* not like I have a good image anyway.
Tons of group activities today. Pretty lame.
But the seniors were really nice heheheh they're so chill and friendly.
I think for the next sem, we'll have to start joining clubs related to SEP. I'm looking forward to the Hands on Hope or something and Buddy something. They're doing volunteer activities like teaching the less fortunate kids and make friends with people with disabilities. But then my classes........
See first lah.
Maybe even the Peer Assisted Learning as tutors to increase my confidence..
What. I'll get nervous in front of large crowd ok.
Obviously I only have time for 1 or 2 clubs. So we'll see.
Unfortunately, my friends wanted to only join Peer Assisted Learning because they think academics is number one.
