Training Workshop + Appreciation Night.
WHOOH. 1 event done. Super tiring day.
Leading an event is NOT easy :(.
When there's a problem, you must find a solution. You must find a solution. You have to decide right there and then.
I would like to thank all my committees for handling this event T_T although it's only 1 day.
Especially program team. Sigh. What can we do without our Goddess Pui Kei.
After this event, I have learned to improvise, improvise and improvise. Hahahahah. At first we planned to store the food for 40 pax in someone's refrigerator nearby UCSI but because there's very limited space in everyone's fridge...
Fuck it, put everything in my house. Therefore I now have become half logistics team. There's an advantage of being logistics. You'll have free pens and garbage bags and shirts and food.
Then we didn't expect them to be SO hungry. They finished the whole table of food within half an hour. We wanted to order pizza but no, it will take too long. So fuck it, let's just go Giant and get some roasted chickens and bread and stuff. They also finished it within minutes lol omg.
We still had 1 container of chicken wings that hasn't defrosted yet. So fuck it, take the whole cube of ice and put it in between of 2 BBQ pits.
Still cold?
Fuck it, let's put aluminium foil and put the whole cube on it.
We could finally take out the wings 1 by 1 after sometime so our participants could eat. They were so hungry lol omg it's scary.
I told Isaac that he should just become Chicken Master, not Starbucks Coffee Master hahahahaha.
There are 200+ members now in our program but like more than 50 fucking % of them are inactive members. Basically, members who already went through the interview and promised they will commit but they ended up disappearing into thin air.
So I have prepared a super long essay and posted it in our Facebook group. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG. TO KICK THEM OUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
It's so HARD to control the 200+ members. We emailed them, we tagged them all in Facebook, we posted everything but there were only a few comments.
Fuck it, let's begin to kick our members.
I'm so happy now. Yeayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
Then only all the active members who already know that they're going to go through a very hard time will continue to join us in the future. Whoooooooooooo. They must be prepared. We have warned them. They may leave if they want to.
It's way easier to control 50 people anyway.
This is Facilitation Program.
Once you join us, you're a facilitator.
When other people need help, they will find us.
You don't just become selamba and shit. We are facilitators. Not fashitlitators.
*EXHALES*
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. KICK KICK KICK.
