Cambodia

Hi. Came back from a family trip to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Restaurant food were not as nice as the street food. Omg street food was like heaven ok.

The BBQ fish, same as Thailand.

SO NICEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. The meat was so smooth and tasty omg with their spicy sour sauce = heaven.

Also, their bread and fried noodles.

BBQ pork inside, very sweet like char siew. The vege salad was to be placed in the bread along with the meat. Delicious combination. Cold, sweet, sour, refreshing, you name it.

Fried noodles! Something like rojak mee but with seafood. Their seafood was really good. Their yellow mee was way better than Malaysia's chemical flavoured yellow mee.

Few days ago:

Mum: "Omg. The water's so dirty. The lap cheongs so big so disgusting they just hang them like that. Street food, so unhygienic"

Us: "............"

On the last night having street food:

Mum: "Wow. This bread. SO NICE. BEST CAMBODIAN FOOD in this trip. WAH. GOOD. The lap cheong, so nice! Totally different from Malaysia!"

Sis: "They're the same lap cheongs you said they were disgusting hanging like that in open air."

Mum: "You eat and see, wah so nice!"

Few hours later, Mum suffered from DIARRHEA.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

She's the only one who had diarrhea lol we all ate the same thing and we were fine.

Mum was complaining so much throughout the whole trip. SO MUCH. Like some princess!!! Goodness.

Sis: "You know, the hotel we stayed in was in TripAdvisor, so many comments."

Me: "Ya ya I know! He was browsing it when we're eating."

Sis: "Comment there, MY MUM SUFFERED FROM DIARRHEA AFTER EATING THE FOOD RECOMMENDED. HAHAHAHAHAHA."

We had to hike a bit before reaching the waterfall. Our driver omg THEY ALL CAN HIKE WITH FREAKING SLIPPERS, IT'S CRAZY. According to him, shoes are expensive. Cambodians are really poor there. Education's free. But medication's expensive.

Fortunately, there's a private hospital sponsored by foreigners that provides free healthcare for the people there.

Super tiring trip, because Angkor Wat is super huge like bigger than any public unis. The temples are also so huge and we had to walk everywhere, up and down under the hot Sun so I'm really dark now.
