oh my. Had fried fish fillet and some homemade potato chips today.

well at first Mum sliced the potato quite thick and I was like NO! THIN ONLY NICEEEE.

So I sliced it into really thin pieces instead. We rubbed salt all over the slices and then we fried it.

IT'S ACTUALLY QUITE GOOD. And it's our first time hahaha she doesn't usually fry stuffs.

but it's kind of salty lol. Actually, VERY.

note to self : do not put too much salt next time.

the thin ones are really crispy but I prefer the thicker ones cause you can taste the potatoes lol.

PURE 100% POTATO. NO FLAVOURING NEEDED. JUST POTATO AND SALT. Pepper is optional.

I ain't fucking buying potato chips anymore. Gonna make mah own insteeeeaaaaaadddd man.Mum agrees. Just because it's cheaper to fry our own.

I am not usually a fan of potatoes but I like mashed potato and the chips. Heh.

I really hate nga ku though. DON'T ASK ME WHY. I JUST DISLIKE THE TASTE. Nuh uh. It's weird.
