everyone's out eating good food while I'm stuck at home eating chicken legs.

ugh bloody chicken legs. So many bones, so little meat. It's not even delicious ugh it's just the damn wrinkled brown skin.
I don't understand why my Mum loves those shiitake mushrooms so much like ugh is this a Chinese thing to put it in almost every single meat dish.
I don't mind if she slices them but the problem is she just takes the whole effing mushrooms and dump it inside the pot. No, Mum. No. I understand that almost EVERYONE GAVE US BLOODY SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS DURING CHINESE NEW YEAR (GODDAMN YOU PEOPLE AND YOUR MUSHROOMS. WE HAVE ENOUGH TO LAST FOR A LIGHT YEAR.), but Mum. That does not mean you should cook it with every meat dish.
IT'S SO HARD!!!! I'm only okay with button mushrooms and the white ones. Mmhm.
